By completing the inquiry form and arriving at this page, you meet the minimum, baseline requirements for one of the three categories we contract for:

Power Restoration Support
Telecom Restoration
Fuel Team Operations

Please note that many of our teams qualify and meet the standards for all three categories, and the more categories you qualify for and show an interest in, the more opportunities you’ll have to participate in a disaster response mission.

While there is NEVER A FEE for any part of this process, please know that it will require a few hours of your time invested to complete the steps, documents, videos and tests to be cleared for deployment. As you work through the RLI onboard process, I will be notified of your progress and will then reach out for a brief phone interview when the time is appropriate.

Please also note that helpers and additional people that you may want to participate on your team all must each complete the process for clearance. No unregistered personnel may join a mission.
